Od samog kreatina nema mišicne mase - naime, njegova nuspojava je da veže vodu na mišice što se prodaje kao masa! Takoðer, š5-20% ljudi ne osjeca nikakve efekte povecanja energije pa ako ga uzimate prvi put poželjno je kupiti prvo neko manje probno pakiranje.</strong></SPAN></P><P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" align=left><SPAN>Postoje dva tipa<strong> </strong>kreatina:</SPAN></P><P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" align=left><SPAN>š.&nbsp;<strong>KREATIN U PRAHU -&nbsp;</strong>uzima se u fazama punjenja i održavanja. Idealan je za <strong>korisnike koji imaju pojacane napore </strong>tj. <strong>svakodnevne treninge</strong>, <strong>bave se s dva sporta ili idu u teretanu i fizicki rade</strong>.&nbsp;<SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma; mso-ansi-: HR"><FONT size=2><FONT color=#000000>Oni su su izloženi pojacanim tjelesnim naporima – npr. nogomet i vježbanje u teretani u istom razdoblju pa im je potrebna i velika kolicina energije. cisti kreatin monohidrat snabdjeti ce vaše mišice s potrebnim ATP-om tako da ce vam dati više energije tijekom intenzivnih treninga. Rezultat uzimanja kreatina, kao dodatka vašoj prehrani, biti ce na prvom mjestu porast snage i izdržljivosti te potice porast volumena mišica vezivanjem vode u mišicno tkivo. Dobra strana je naglašeno anabolicko djelovanje povacanjem presjeka mišicnog vlakna. Loša je da se u toj vodi nakupljaju razliciti toksini nastali metabolizmom<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </SPAN>– zbog toga se uzimanje kreatina ne preporucuje dulje od 8 tjedana. Nakon isteka tog razdoblja potrebno je napraviti pauzu od cca. 4 tjedna da bi se mišicno tkivo procistilo od nakupljenih otpadnih produkata metabolizma i vratilo na normalni nivo. Uz ove naglašene optimalne osobine kreatin neutralizira stvaranje mlijecne kiseline tijekom treninga, dakle odlaže pojavu umora. Na tržištu se kreatin nalazi u prahu, tekucini, tabletama ili kapsulama. Ovaj tip kreatina je idealan za korisnike koji idu samo u teretanu tj. imaju aktivnost 3-4 puta tjedno. Bude cca 200-250g kofeina u šalici.</P><P>Buduci da skoro uvijek imam p+uh il nekad p+uh+m obrok prije treninga, sacekam max sat vremena i drmnem kavu. Nece ti bit niš ak iza tog ideš na trening, i to mislim žestoki trening.</P><P>S vremena na vrijeme pauziraš s kofeinom ili smanjiš doze, da malo procistiš receptore i opet iznova.</P><P>Davore sam hrabro i bez kukanja pliz</P>]]>

Pijete <br />li zeleni caj? Citao sam da dnevni unos <br />kofeina nebi trebao prelaziti 200-300mg, sto <br />odgovara 2-3 salice kave.. Zatim da se kofein <br />nebi trebao konzumirati odmah nakon obroka <br />s ugljikohidratima jer podize inzulin... Koja su <br />vasa iskustva?<br /><br />Ja sam pio po 6,7 salica zelenog caja, no <br />kako pijem kreatin, izbacio sam kofein zbog <br />usporavanja apsorpcije kreatina...]]>
