Pojacaj obroke, može i junk tu i tamo. Ranije na spavanje. Bodyweight trening i da i ne, ovisi o tebi kako ceš se osjecati.</P><P>Strah od propadanja mišica ti je neopravdan, prvo jer ih nisi toliko brzo niti dobio a drugo jer ako si stvarno pretreniran, tijelu ce to još cak i dobro doci.</P>]]>
