Zobene prije svega treba same samljeti (ako imate onaj mikser koji<br>ima nastavak za mljevenje). Druga solucija je ostaviti ih sa mlijekom<br>preko noci da se upije i izmiksat to onda da se dobije kasasta smjesa.<br>2. Sve skupa smiksat dok ne dodje homogena smjesa (osim nekih tockica od<br>zobenih - ljuskice od zobenih).<br>3. Speci :)<br><br>savjeti:<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ovo nije recept za klasicne "nase" palacinke (flapjacks), nego za<br>americke (pancakes).<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; U smjesu se mogu ubacit i grozdjice.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Koristite malu tavu (ja imam onu najmanju od tefala ... ispadaju<br>palacinke ko one americke njima (promjer cca 6-7 cm)<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Nalijte toga gore :) Treba bit debeli sloj da se ne raspadnu - ipak<br>zobene nisu brasno.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Promjesajte dobro prije svako izlijevanja na tavu (jer inace se sve<br>skupi na dnu ... i onda je zadnja palacinka prebrutalna<br>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Mr G.</span>]]>

Bijelanjci radi proteina (ti se proteini brzo razgraduju) ,zumanjci bi se trebali izbjegavati zbog kolesterola koji sadrze u sebi.Stavis ulja malo koliko je dovoljno da se ne zalijepe]]>

Sameljem zobene u brasno ( ispadne onak malo krupnije). Uzmem 35 g zobenog brasna, 35 g razenog i isto toliko crnog, jedno cijelo jaje, sedam bjelanjaka, mlijeka, mrvu soli, natreen. Naravno da su zbog bjelanjaka cvrsce, al su zato kvalitetan obrok... Dakle, uzmes osam jaja, jedno cijelo i sedam bjelanjaka ( trebam objasniti postupak odvajanja bjelanjaka i zutanjaka? ha, ha <IMG alt=Wink src="http://forum.teretana.net/images/smiles/ic&#;n_wink.gif" border="0"> ). Dobro, malo sale ne steti. Rucnom pjenjacom (onom zicom) razmutis jaja, dodas malo natreena, malo soli, mlijeko i polako konstantno mijesajuci dodajes brasno (zobene, razeno, crno). Pazi da ne bude pregusto ili prerijetko jer ce se tesko peci i okretati. Dobro zagrijes teflonsku tavu i za prvu palacinku stavis malo ulja, a sve ostale peces bez problema bez ulja. Ako si recimo u fazi mase, pa ti ne smeta malo kakaa, u smjesu dodaj dvije- tri zlicice nesquika i imas prefine smedje cokoladne palacinke. Jos jednom, dobar tek!]]>
