Puno je teže raditi npr. maksimalnu snagu samo sa vlastitom težinom nego sa šipkom, ali to ne znaci da je nemoguce. Do određene mjere to ide bez vecih problema, a kad postaneš nešto napredniji vježbac onda se treba snaci. Uglaqvnom, najveci problem predstavljaju noge. Jako je teško kvalitetno raditi snagu nogu bez dodatne težine, barem neke imrovizirane - ne mora biti klasicni uteg.<br>]]>
