Jer na kraju, koji god program izabereš na pocetku, dođe te na isto trener je tu da pokaže tehniku, za to je i placen <IMG border=0 src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"></td></tr></table> <BR><BR>pa ne bih se u poptpunosti složio, ne po mom iskustvu, no nema veze <IMG border=0 src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0"></td></tr></table> &nbsp;</P><P>ma ni tehniku isto... jbt danas uz sav taj cyber svijet u kojem živimo i gdje jednim klikom moš vidit profice kak izvode vježbe, gdje imaš hrpe foruma i site-ova sa svim živim mogucim, gdje imaš e-knjige, slikovne prikaze itd,&nbsp;gotovo da i nema potrebe za trenerima.</P><P>al ipak, </P><P>š.&nbsp;uvijek ce biti onih kojima se sve to ne da tražit ili možda nisu dovoljno sposobni da sve to ukombiniraju u neku smislenu cjelinu pa im se onda više isplati uzet trenera i bit miran.</P><P>2. ponekad je cak i dobro uzet trenera, ali nekog pravog trenera, ne one narrow-minded&nbsp;fejkere, na mjesec, dva, tri il više da se uhvati temelj i onda kasnije sam nastaviti - ovo dakako u situacijama da je trener dostupan korisniku</P>]]>
