Onda sam pocela i doma vježbati uz DVD Tracy Anderson (Mat Workout). Prije koji dan sam nabavila i zumba crobik, pa onda jedan dan odradim Tracy, drugi zumbu...ono, kombiniram.. Meni odgovara..<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br>Sad ovo za steper..ne znam, nisam neki ekspert pa necu davati savjete, al svakako se puno kreci. To ce ti sigurno svi reci. Meni je bicikl isto okej, al me ipak previše guzica boli od njega, tako da sam ja recimo više za hodanje... Ako voliš hodati, samo daj petama vjetra.. Ja se osjecam super poslije hodanja, mišici mi predu od zadovoljstva.. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0"> <br><br><br><br><br><br>]]>
