    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=5130">mario1993</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3334<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 06&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2010 at 21:58<br /><br />Pozdrav svima.<br /><br />Posto se nerazumijem u debljanje kalorije i slicne pojmove zelio bi da vas pitam par stvari tacnije da mi objasnite<br /><br />Prilicno sam mršav 4-5 kila ispod prosjeka možda i manje <br />kazu mi drugovi da sam mršav zato sto u organizmu imam neku kiselino što brzo preradi sve sto sam pojeo a da deblji ljudi imaju je manje te oni sporije prerađivaju (vare) pa da se debljaju <br />I kad bi zelio nabiti misicnu masu moram uzet puno ugljenih hidrata u sebe i raditi vježbe na odredjenim djelovima tjela npr ruka..<br />I kako najbolje da uzimam UH i neke elektrolite nerazumijem <br />Te da li je dobro uzet neki izotonicni napitak kao sto je red bull ili nesto takvo pa da radim na rukama kako bi ih nabijo ?<br /><br />Hvala unaprijed.]]>
