Hm, i danas kad kupujem hlace tesko pronalazim broj jer sve koje su mi dobre u nogama, pjesu oko struka....</FONT></P><P><FONT color=#ff3399><U>Ciljanim vjezbama takoder neces smanjiti bedra</U> nego ojacati.</FONT></P><P><FONT color=#ff3399>Moj prijedlog - pomiri se s cinjenicom da si <strong>ZENA</strong> i uzivaj u zenskim oblinama. I meni se bedra zadnja srede, a prva zdebljaju, ali to je jednostavno u gradji tijela, tzv. majcinski tip gradje.</P><P>Ciljane vjezbe + crobno mi je najvise pomoglo kad sam zadnji put&nbsp;bas mrsavila. Sad samo odrzavam, ali i dalje me nakon Bozica i Uskrsa prvo na bedrima stiscu hlace <IMG src="https://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"></P><P>Mislim da je bolje ovako, nego kad se sve oko struka skuplja. Vizualno zena izgleda mrsavije kad ima tanji struk i gornji dio tijela, a jaca bedra, nego kad ima slaufeke i jace ruke.</P>]]>

Istina, radim uredski posao, sigurno sjedim 5 sati dnevno, pa je to vjerojatno zbog toga, ali svejedno bi voljela vidjeti kako se nogice suzavaju...</P>]]>

Izgubila sam nesto kila, ucvrstila se i tako to, ALI moja bedra se uzasno sporo smanjuju... Grudi su mi se smanjile, struk, trbuh, bokovi za nekih 5-6cm, a bedra za 2cm... Poprilicno su ogromna obzirom na ostatak tijela, ima li neko rijesenje?? </P><P>Vjezbam cetiri do pet puta tjedno, crobne vjezbe po sat vremena, ancrobne po 30-40min..</P><P>HELP!!!<IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley9.gif" border="0"></P>]]>
