Vazodilatorski ucinak NO:<br>a) Prilikom povecane potrebe tkiva za kisikom (uslijed aktivnosti kao sto jedizanje utega) dolazi do lokalne vazodilatacije pod utjecajem vazodilatora iztkiva. No, to nije dovoljno, jer se cijeli krvotok mora ubrzati, a ne samonjegov lokalni segment. Trenje izmedju krvi i stijenke endotela arteriola imalih arterija uzrokuje da endotel pocne sintetizirati i otpustati NO u krv. NOuzrokuje vazodilataciju arteriola i malih arterija =&gt; opskrba tkiva kisikomje normalizirana.<br>b) Poluzivot NO u krvi je 6s.<br><br>2. Neurotransmiterski ucinak NO<br>NO se sintetizira u dijelovima mozga odgovornim za dugorocno pamcenje. Unutarpar s nakon sinteze NO djeluje na unutarstanicni metabolizam postsinaptickihneurona, cime utjece na njihovu ekscitabilnost (rezultat: dulje trajanje ibolji prijenos akcijskog potencijala).<br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Kljucne su cinjenice:</span><br style="font-weight: bold;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">I - Sinteza NO je trenutna i </span><u style="font-weight: bold;">regulira ju iskljucivo potreba perifernog tkiva</u><span style="font-weight: bold;">.</span><br style="font-weight: bold;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">II - Poluzivot NO je izrazito kratak. </span><br style="font-weight: bold;"><br>Iz II slijedi da ne postoji izravan nacin suplementacije NO.<br>Iz I slijedi da koncentracija arginina ne utjece na sintezu NO, sve dokarginina ima (a ima ga, jer ga organizam sintetizira prema potrebi, osim uslucajevima pothranjenosti ili ozbiljne bolesti). Znamo da se NO suplementibaziraju na argininu.<br><br>Stimulativni ucinak NO suplemenata dolazi prije svega od kofeina (225 mg u dozii letis), mozda jos ima i sinergistickog stimulativnog djelovanja sa ostalimsastojcima (kojih ima u izobilju u tim proizvodima) i to je zapravo jedinakorist od tih suplemenata.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>evo ti pa,&nbsp; vidi sam ima li smisla ili nema!<br></p>&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by opasni</span>]]>

   <title>Nitric oxide prije treninga : Nedavno sam narucio iz USA NO2...</title>

Primjetio sam da stvarno imam oko 20-25% bolji performans u smislu tezine i izdrzljivosti. Doduse, mozda je to i placebo efekt, ali ne bih rekao.</P><P>Ima li jos netko iskustvo s pomenutim tabletama i da li su vam poznate bilo kakve nuspojave?</P><P>Hvala!</P>]]>
