    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4849">Debelii</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3293<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2010 at 13:30<br /><br />Zabolila me glava od svega ovoga sto si napiso...<br /><br />Bit svega je sto ti zelis od fitnesa/teretane, kako hoces izgledati...<br /><br />Svaki pocetnik u teretani bi trebo raditi vjezbe za jacanje struka, znaci cucnjevi, mrtvo dizanje...<br /><br />Ovo zagrijavanje mi je smijesno...<br />Dobro se rastegni, istegni, zagrij se u mjestu i dovoljno je š0 minutno trcanje(svaki dan povecavanje brzine), a ako si ljen za trcanje kao i ja nekad onda pocnes sa trbušnjacima.<br />Za svaku skupinu mišica su ti dovoljne 3 razlicite vjezbe po 4 serija i do š0 ponavljanja s pauzom od 60-90 sec...<br /><br />To je bar moje mišljenje i takvog se ja treninga drzim. Ali naravno da ja treninge mijenjam svaki put prije natjecanja je drugi sistem jer onda radim eksplozivnost i izdrzljivost... ]]>
