    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=5054">paąko</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3277<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 26&nbsp;Srpanj&nbsp;2010 at 14:30<br /><br /><P>&nbsp;ovako,</P><P>&nbsp;dipl ing sam, radim uredski posao sta podrazumijeva 8-satno sjedenje u uredu...svakako nije za normalnog covika</P><P>to nastojim korigirat rekreacijom...i donekle uspivam.</P><P>svakodnevno posli posla idem na bazen...znaci 5x tjedno plivam po šh i preplivam 3km dnevno, ni metra vise..hehehh</P><P>idem 2x na yogu i 3x na macevanje rekreativno...uistinu se dobro osijecam...pun energje..</P><P>dosta pazim kod prehrane...ne jedem masno, uglavnom povrce i voce...jedem svako malo, 6-7 puta dnevno..</P><P>medjutim, uz svu tu tjelovjezbu...izgledam ka da sport ne pratim ni&nbsp;na tv...a kamoli da ga prakticiram</P><P>visok sam, mrsav, zilav (š9šcm/83kg)</P><P>di falivam??</P><P>kako nema misica</P><P>heheheheh</P><P>pomagajte drugovi ;)</P><P>&nbsp;</P>]]>
