Dodajte bjelanjke i miješajte. Umijesite ostale sastojke (osim ulja), prelijte i stavite u hladnjak na 20 min.<br />Smjesu stavljajte na zagrijano ulje pomocu žlice i malo ju stisnite da dobijete oblik popecka. Pecite oko 3 min sa svake strane.<br /><br />-kalorije:95<br />-bjelancevine:5<br />-ugljikohidrati: š5<br />-vlakna:2<br />- masti:3<br /><br /><br /><br />]]>
