    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=154">David</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 326<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 19&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2007 at 14:24<br /><br />Jednostavno receno:<br>Kada treniras, trosis energiju koja dolazi vecinski iz UH, i treba ti brza opskrba nakon treninga, a grozdjani se brzo probavlja i ima idealan GI da brzo udje u krv i time obnovi glikogenske rezerve.<br>cak svako toliko ti preporucam da pojedes sacicu grozdjica (ako volis i mozes).<br>Jos bolja varijanta je maltodekstrin, samo on je skuplji, ali glukoza ce uciniti svoje.<br><br>Pro.nutrition ce uskoro baciti novi proizvod a zove se PWM 40, sa 40g sirutkinog koncentrata i 40 g <span style="text-decorati&#;n: underline;">maltodekstrina</span>, 5g creatin monohidrata, 2.5 g riboze i  g taurina, te Aminogen (to je u dozi). Bit ce i obogacen sa B6 za bolju apsrpciju hranjivih sastojaka, te ce sadrzavati 50% RDA multivitamina. Pakovanje ce biti od 300g, a proizvod ce izaci za nekoliko mjeseci (faza registracije). Slican ti je kao Volumass 35, jedino ce biti jeftiniji.<br>A za kvalitetu sirovina se moze sa sigurnoscu garantirati posto su ultra ciste kao takve.<br><br>Mislim da bi ti taj proizvod bio zanimljiv jednog sutra, pogotovo zato sto je kompletan (ne trebas dodatna mjesanja).<br>Ja sam se vec rezervirao na njega...<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley7.gif" border="0"><br>]]>
