    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4685">AnastasiaB</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3205<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08&nbsp;Srpanj&nbsp;2010 at 13:34<br /><br />Želim napraviti što bolji plan treninga za doma, da imam još jednu opciju (dani kad mi se vježba, ali ne u teretani <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley9.gif" border="0"> )pa tu imam par pitanja...dakle ocito ce sadržavati vježbe s vlastitom težinom i utezima, ali kakvo zagrijavanje i koliko dugo napraviti prije da od vježbi koje radim imam rezultate? i ne mislim tu brze rezultate nego u smislu da mi to što radim poslje ima ucinak koji želim. Nemam nikakvu spravu za kardio niti je kanim kupovati, imam jedino vijacu, ali sumnjam da mi je 5-š0 min preskakanja dovoljno? nadalje, ja bih tu stavila klasicnih trbušnjaka 4x25, podizanje nogu ispruženih i zgrcenih 4xš5, deadlift s 3-4kg 4x20, cucnjevi ista težina 4xš5, iskorak isto 4xš5, podizanje na prste ako cemo to racunati ko vježbu, s tim da bih mijenjala vrste deadliftova, cucnjeva i iskoraka, ali neznam da li da ih mijenjam svaki trening ili po tjednima(znaci š tjedan š vrsta, iduci druga etc)trbušnjake također, isto pitanje o mijenjanju. za bokove, ležnjaci s podizanjem u stranu(neznam kako da ih nazovem), tu je pitanje je li to ucinkovitije na onoj spravi u teretani gdje se rade iz stajaceg položaja(pretpostavljam da je)? i da li bi ovo bio ok plan, uz dorade jasno?]]>
