    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4674">The Phoenix</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3184<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 05&nbsp;Srpanj&nbsp;2010 at 23:24<br /><br />&nbsp;S obzirom na aktualnu ozljedu (ruptura lista) prisiljen sam raditi samo gornji dio tijela i to sjedecki i ležecki, barem 2-3 tjedna minimalno bez da tezinu tijela, a kamoli tijel sa utezima oslanjam na noge.<br><br>ostaje mi radit prsa, leđa, ramena, ruke, dodao bi zapostavljenej dijelove koje nikad ne radim, podlaktice i nadlaktice..........zapravo sada napokon mogu radit ono sto vecina samo u teretani i radi prsa i beceps&nbsp; <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0"><img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0"><br><br>Kak to složit?<br>naravno zelim mesa dodat na te dijelove tijela<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br><br>Dal da radim tipa:<br>&nbsp;prsa-bica jedan  dan&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nb sp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  <br>Leđa-trica<br>ramena i podlaktice i nadlaktice<br><br>Razmišljam cak da to probam odradit 2x u tjednu , prva 3 dana ovo po danima, dan odmora i druga tri dana ponovno? il je to malo 2 much? S time da barem prvi tjedna, a mozda i drugi sam na bolovanju pa mogu vise odmarat i spavat<br><br><br>]]>
