Jedem 3 obroka dnevno. pokusavam u sebe unjeti oko š500-š800 kalorija dnevno.&nbsp; zanima me hoce li se to opadanje kilaze nastaviti ,ako nastavim ovim tempom, ili bi trebao nesto mjenjati...p.s. pivo definitivno izbacujem<br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4921">jokica23</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3171<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 03&nbsp;Srpanj&nbsp;2010 at 12:30<br /><br />&nbsp;evo ovako...imam 24 godine. visok sam š74 cm,imam 73 kg...trcim svaki drugi dan 30-45 min...(8 km/h)...ujutro jedem zitarice s mlijekom (cca 400 cal), rucam nesto u menzi (gledam da ne bude nesto premasno) i oko 6 veceram ponovo zitarice...u mjesec dana sam se donekle pridrzavao ovog tempa (nekad je bilo i cevapa,pizze,pijanstva od pive) i sa 76 sam pa na 73 kg...zanima me radim li nesto krivo? sto trebam mjenjati? nisam napisao da poslije 6 ne jedem,ne pijem sokove,ne jedem slatkise,kolace,cipseve,pomes frites,,,]]>
