Izvadite ih i ohladite hladnom vodom. U posebnoj posudi kremasto izmiješajte kravlji sir s jajetom, zdrobljenom gorgonzolom te zacinite solju, paprom i bosiljkom. Smjesom sira punite paprike te ih poslažite u nauljenu vatrostalnu posudu. Pospite ih naribanim sirom. Pecite u zagrijanoj pecnici na 200 stupnjeva oko 20 minuta.
