   <title>Izracuni : Kako tocno izracunati unos vrijednosti...</title>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4904">niik</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3157<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 01&nbsp;Srpanj&nbsp;2010 at 14:31<br /><br />Kako tocno izracunati unos vrijednosti u organizam, sukladno mojoj tezini, pod uvjetom da zelim skinuti masne naslage?<br /><br />Dakle, za moju tezinu od 99kg, koliko trebam unositi kalorija dnevno u organizam? 22kcal / kg ili vise?<br /><br />Da li nadjem kalkulator koji mi kaze vrijednost kalorija koju unosim da bi ostao na trenutnoj kilazi, pa skidam po 500-š000 kcal dnevno ili nekako drukcije?<br /><br />Te ukoliko se gleda omjer UH:P:M = 40:40:20 (pretpostavljam da je to u redu), koliko bi to bilo grama po kg tjelesne mase, tj. kako se to racuna?<br /><br /><br />Volio bih sad u pocetku se malo pozabaviti matematikom, te voditi vise racuna o gore navedenom. A kasnije, pretpostavljam da ce mi preci u naviku, te da cu znati koliko cega i kada jedem.<br /><br />I jos jedno pitanje.. Buduci da sad radim samo crobne treninge od 60-š20 min (pretezno, navecer izmedju 20h - 00h), da li i nakon njih je potrebno/pozeljno uzeti neke ugljikohidrate, pa barem u vidu voca ili jogurta, ili ne uzimati?<br /><br />Takodjer, bilo kakav savjet sto se tice prehrane, a da je van FAQova je dobrodosao.<br /><br />Tnx unaprijed :)<br /><br />p.s. Ako itko ima kakav link za preporucit o "dobrim" te "losim" ugljikohidratima, da malo proucim, bio bih zahvalan.]]>
