Ukoliko ste fan zdravih salata i svih slicnih oblika, ovo morate probati:<br><br><img src="http://img42.imageshack.us/img42/9233/salatariba.jpg" border="0"><br><br><span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;">Sastojci</span>:<br><br>70 dkg bijele ribe (može i oslici fileti);<br>š limun;<br>zacini prema želji (metvica, kadulja, bosiljak, ružmarin, peršin);<br>š luk;<br>2 rajcice;<br>3 paprike;<br>vinski ocat, maslinovo ulje; <br><br><span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;">Priprema</span>:<br><br>&nbsp;Limun prepolovite i malo isjeckajte, pa stavite u tavu s lukom, zacinima parema želji, malo soli i papra. Pokrijte vodom. Kuhajte š0-tak mminuta. Dodajte ribu (može i filete) i vatru smanjite na minimum. Nemojte predugo kuhati. Izvadite i ohladite. Nasjeckanu rajcicu,papriku i zacine promiješajte.Kad se riba ohladi sve zajedno lagano umiješajte i zacinite octom i malo maslinovog ulja. &nbsp;<br><br><span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;">Savjet</span>:<br><br>Tijekom pripreme ribe treba biti oprezan jer je podložna isušivanju ili se prekuha. Da bi se to sprijecilo ribu s roštilja dobro je kratko pripremati na jakoj vatri. No, da se kuhanjem ili prženjem ne bi isušila trebala bi se spremati u puno vode s dodatkom ulja.<br><br><span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;">Savjet</span>:<br><br>Salate mogu dobiti sasvim novu ukusnu notu s malim dodacima.
