Rasporedi ih na što više obroka, 6-7. Izvori proteina: meso, jaja, posni, riba, whey.<br>]]>

Imam naviku vagati se svako jutro na prazan stomak.<br /><br />Tjedno imam 3 treninga u teretani, dali je to dovoljno??<br /><br />Možete li mi reci šta bi mogo jos ubaciti u prehranu, što bi mi dobro došlo?<br />]]>
