    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4893">Jova</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3142<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02&nbsp;Srpanj&nbsp;2010 at 05:18<br /><br />&nbsp;Dobro je ljudi mozete to i na drugoj temi :PPP Nego ne znam da li sam o ovome pisao mrzi me da citam sad...Ali evo malo pre sam se probudio,tusiranje,sve sredjivanje...I naravno ujutru nemam to malo salo,izgledam savrseno,tj savrseno za sebe posto ja ne zelim da imam plocice,medjutim imam zategnute grudne misice ceo zivot pa mi to sve lepo izgleda,merim se na vagi imam 76 kila...Zanima me da li i sta da jedem neko da li bi mogao da mi napravi program sta da jedem do 3. jula i koliko da bi mi ceo dan bio stomak kao ujutru LEP <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0"> <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0"> Mislim da je to moguce uraditi za 2 nedelje,pa ako nekog ne mrzi neka mi pomogne i napise program...Samim tim sto je lepse vreme,idem na fudbal i na bazen,dakle plivacu,igracu fudbal samim tim i trositi se...Dakle to ce mi biti jedini trening ne da mi se da se ubijam trbusnjacima i ostalim...<br>]]>

Ima jedna dobra stvar za to salo sa strane inace nekim sportasima je ta pojava prirodna tj to nije salo vec misici. Odi i ljekarne i trazi steznik koje trudnice nose poslje porada i ljepo si ga motaj oko struka i nosi ga dok si aktivan tj. dok si na nogama :). Ima jedna dobra stvar za to salo sa strane inace nekim sportasima je ta pojava prirodna tj to nije salo vec misici.
