    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=227">vanna</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 314<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 11&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2007 at 16:55<br /><br />dobar clanak..&nbsp; ja sam trenutno na programu supersetova nekih 4 mjeseca. imam srecu da imam jako dobrog trenera koji program mjenja kako mi se tijelo i snaga mjenja. supersetove radim bilo da vjezbam ramena, ledja ili noge. kombiniram uvijek dvije slicne vjezbe i povecavam opterecenje sa kracim ponavljanjima.. jako jako dobro vjezbanje. odusevljena sam rukama i ledjima koji su vec "razgranati" po misicima.<br>&nbsp;]]>
