Slažem se sa clankom... lakše je vjažbati na spravama i<span style="font-weight: bold;"> pocetnici se vecinom oko toga vrte.</span>.. iz ocitih razloga, jer ne znaju di bi niti što bi.....</p></td></tr></table> <br><br>Vrte se oko fensi-šmensi spravica zato što ih treneri nece naucit da rade osnove, cucanj, mrtvo, benc, veslanja itd. Trenerima je važnije prešetavanje u uskim majicama i hvatanje "riba" <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br><br>]]>
