    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=442">mare_</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3129<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 29&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2010 at 17:54<br /><br />Kuzim te, hehe i ja sam student, kad zagusti znam ucit i po š0h dnevno, kretanje svedem na minimum ali imam "male trikove" u pauzama od ucenja znam se istezat po š5tak min, nekada napravit serije trbusnjaka, sklekova i cucnjeva, ili radim intervalne vjezbe 20sek rada -š0sek pauza (npr. š.vjezba je sklek, cucanj i skok u zrak, 2. "penjanje po planini" u polozaju skleka si a nogama radis naprijed, nazad, 3.visoko koljena, 4. "zvijezdani skokovi" i to sve ponovim 2x..ugl, tu smo na usluzi, pitaj, informiraj se, kad dodes u napast za slatkim sjedni za komp i na forum odi;) i da, kada te uhvati zelja za slatkim, zna pomoc papanje jabuka ili pranje zubi=)]]>

Imala sam i ja problema u kontroliranju jedenja neke hrane (citaj slatkisa, pa pekarskih proizvoda i sl.junka), znala sam se natrpat ko stoka (oprostite na izrazu) a kasnije plakat od muke ili sto je ponekad bilo jednostavnije povracat.. Sve u svemu, dobro ti je Zoki rekao nemoj to kupovati ako zivis sama (to ja prakticiram) ili zabrani ukucanima da to nose doma!:)  I meni se cini da unosis malo kalorija, mozda s tom kolicinom ne pokrivas bazalni metabolizam pa nema napretka jer se tijelo "cuva"?  (nisam strucnjak samo mi je palo na pamet=) mislim da ce te iskusniji fitovci bolje uputit sto se tice toga)]]>

Ako funkcionira, meni <br />se cini ok. <br /><br />Meni trenutno voce ne odgovara i ne mršavim od njega, <br />napuhava me i svakih sat vremena sam gladna. Ali sjecam <br />se perioda kad mi je voce izvrsno odgovaralo i topila sam <br />se.<br /><br />Prouci i vidi. Ovo je dosta malo kalorija, pa ako ne <br />gubiš na težini redovito, onda to nije tvoja formula.]]>
