Jedi normalno, ako vidiš nakon nekog vremena da ti kilaža raste, to ti je znak da trebaš malo smanjit kalorijski unos, a ako ti padne da&nbsp;ga&nbsp;moraš povecat. Nađi si sama neku sredinu, bez tog brojanja. Ja vec otprilike znam koliko cega moram pojest da budem sita i ostanem na istom.</P><P>Ti kalkulatori su dosta neprecizni, nece svi trošiti isto niti toliko na treningu. To između ostalog ovisi i o intenzitetu treninga koji vjerujem nije uvijek na istoj razini :)</P><P>Takav jelovnik je lako složit ako pratiš tablice kalorijskih vrijednosti, nađeš što misliš papat&nbsp;i zbrajaš <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"></P>]]>
