Puretinu narežite na trakice , luk  i cešnjak sitno nasjeckajte. Bosiljak i peršin oplahnite i nasjeckajte.</span><br><span style="color: rgb(š02, š02, 102);">2 . U wok-u ili vecoj teflonskoj tavi na maslacu popržite trakice puretine do zlatno žute boje , š0-tak minuta, izvadite na tanjur,posolite, popaprite i poklopite da se ne ohladi. Na istoj masnoci popržite nasjeckan luk i cešnjak, dodajte peršin i bosiljak, nakon dvije minute i  koncentrat rajcice . Izmješajte, pa dodajte još pelate i jušni temeljac.</span><br><span style="color: rgb(š02, š02, 102);">3 . Kukuruz  stavite u cjediljku, pa ga isperite pod mlazom vode. Zajedno sa trakicama mesa umiješajte u ragu. Poklopite i pustite da se š5-tak minuta sve prokuha. Na kraju umiješajte mileram.</span><br><span style="color: rgb(š02, š02, 102);">4 . Uz ovako pripremljen pureci ragu poslužite domace široke rezance.
