Zatim ga ogulite te protisnite vilicom da dobijete kašu. U međuvremenu, ocistite incune, te ih odvojite od kosti i filetirajte. Meso tune skuhajte na pari te ga izrežite na sitne komadice. Stavite u posudu tunu, krumpir, narezane filete incuna, kapare, jaje, žutanjak, peršin, sol i papar te dobro izmiješajte.
