    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=361">dalila</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3047<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 14&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2010 at 22:27<br /><br />&nbsp;kod power plate-a, po mojim iskustvima... pazi kako ulaziš u spravu....dakle...nikako ne odmah stati i nabiti vibracije na neki max ili slicno... kreni sa manjim frekvencijama, ja cesto krenem sa stepom npr, znaci dok se tijelo ne privikne, zatim ubacim iskorak sa istezanjem...a tek onda se popnem na plate i radim cucnjeve, podizanja na prste, cucnjeve na jednoj nozi... možeš si uzeti i utege neke ili šipku pa raditi sa opterecenjme..u principu..na power plate-u mžeš raditi sve..jedino ti on još dodatno omogucava više kontrakcija.... i polako sa frekvencijama<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br>]]>
