Naravno ima jos dosta funkcija ali je i malo skup.</P>]]>

Meni se iskreno, ne da rucno mjeriti puls...to radim rijetko...kad posudim od nekog rucni sat...(na mobitelu nemam stopericu...a nemam niti rucni sat). Inace, puls sam mjerila na vratu&nbsp;6 sekundi..i onda tom broju dodam 0. Tako mi je brze, nego kad mnozim.</P>&nbsp; &nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by tonnka</span>]]>

I ako hoces </P><P>provjeravati u kakvoj si kondiciji onda izmjeri puls svaki put jednu minutu nakon </P><P>prestanka aktivnosti i vidjet ces da ti nakon nekog vremena puls puno brze pada </P><P>nakon treninga i to ti je jedan od indikatora tjelesne pripremljenosti. Ako ti se </P><P>neda svaki put mjeriti puls probaj za pocetak raditi trening u zoni u kojoj mozes </P><P>govoriti dok trcis.&nbsp;</P>]]>

Zaista sam mislila da se to meni nikada nece dogoditi...ali eto...bahatost,preambiciozan pocetak i&nbsp;ne slusanje svog tijela doslo je na naplatu. </P><P>Uglavnom...zbog toga sam sad na jos vecem pocetku nego prije. Nakon 2 tjedna oporavka pocinjem s hodanjem...laganim hodanjem. To ne znam kako cu izdrzati....grrr....nisam tip za hodanje. </P><P>Sto se tice pulsmetra....jos uvijek se nisam odlucila (...mozda duboko u sebi sumnjam, da ce mi nakon sto ga kupim....skupljati prasinu).</P><P>&nbsp;</P>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by tonnka</span>]]>
