Gle, meni stvarno ne trebaju vjezbe tipa jacanje, nego vjezbe tipa istezanje, odnosno ciste amaterske vjezbe za ravno drzanje tijela. ]]>

Ove promjene intervala rada smatram da nisu bas pogodni za tvoje </P><P>ciljeve koje si nabrojala. Ako su ti ciljevi gipkost i fleksibilnost bilo bi dobro da </P><P>kupis svedsku loptu i da neke vjezbe probas raditi s njom.&nbsp;crobni dio treninga </P><P>koji radis na biciklu radi u komadu i ne mora biti duzi od 40 minuta i na kraju </P><P>treninga radi staticko istezanje .&nbsp;Ovakva promjena intenziteta opterecuje srce, </P><P>manji&nbsp;intenzitet dobar je za topljenje masnog tkiva a&nbsp;srednji intenzitet dobar je </P><P>za&nbsp;kardio vaskularni i respiratorni sustav&nbsp;( do 85% od maksimalne frekvencije srca)&nbsp;</P><P>Mislim da previse radis trbuh a premalo ledja i to ti s vremenom moze postati </P><P>problem jer su ti ledja bitna za pravilno drzanje ima jos nekih stvari ali da ne </P><P>duzim ako hoces posalji mi mail jer nitko ne voli citati dugacke tekstove.</P>&nbsp; &nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by fitnessHr</span>]]>

Nisam ljubitelj teretana i inih centara, pa sam si sama organizirala vjezbanje kod kuce. Imam sobni bicikl i malu strunjacu, bucice.<br>Moj trening izgleda otprilike ovako, imam razlicita 4 tipa treninga, razlikuju se po vjezbama na strunjaci.<br><br>š0min-zagrijavanje i razgibavanje<br>20min-bicikl, sporo<br>š0min- vjezbe na strunjaci naizmjenicno&nbsp; u seriji xš0:&nbsp; <br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; šdan.biceps, bedra, trbuh<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;  &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  2.dan;triceps, prednja loza, trbuh<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;  &nbsp;&nbsp;  &nbsp;&nbsp;  3.dan:listovi, straznjica, trbuh<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;  &nbsp;&nbsp;  &nbsp;&nbsp;  4.dan: struk, unutarnja loza, trbuh<br>20min-bicikl, umjereno<br>š0min-vjezbe<br>20min-bicikl, jako<br>š0min-razgibavanje<br><br>To je šsat bicikla + 20min vjezbi po treningu.<br>Meni nije cilj toliko smrsaviti, nego postici fleksibilnost, gipkost i malo se oblikovati, jer sam prirodno jace gradje, imam sira ramena, uske bokove, i jake noge.<br><br>Imaju li ovi treninzi smisla i da li grijesim u necemu?<br>Hvala na citanju pitanja i odgovoru! <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"><br>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by mala</span>]]>
