    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=7">Zoki</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3028<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2010 at 23:23<br /><br />Teško je išlo odricanje ha... <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"><br>Najidealnija kombinacija bi bila pureci file + povrce, no kad bi jeli tako svaki dan - postali bi prave kokoši.<br><br>Treba malo ubaciti tu i tamo sir ili nešto sl., bitno je pripaziti na kolicinu i omjer.<br>I naravno, ovakav obrok valja jesti š tjedno, ne ubijati se u tome svaki dan. <br>U ovom podforumu je mnogo recepata i ideja, svatko nađe nešto što njemu odgovara.<br>Ukoliko je netko na masi, ovaj sir mu nece škoditi.<br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=7">Zoki</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3028<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 11&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2010 at 14:58<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Pureci odresci u umaku od gorgonzole</span><br><br><img src="http://www.roda.hr/_upload/tekstovi/kuh_gorg&#ššš;nzola1.jpg" border="0"><br><br><span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;">Sastojci za 4 osobe</span>:<br><br>600 g pureceg filea<br>jedan &#8222;trokut&#8220; gorgonzole (š00 g)<br>2 dl vrhnja za kuhanje<br>2 režnja cešnjaka<br><br><span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;">Postupak pripreme</span>:<br><br>File izrezati na odreske, posoliti i popapriti. Dobro zagrijati tavu te na žlicici otopljenog maslaca ispeci meso. Smanjiti vatru, meso izvaditi iz tave i ubaciti cešnjak narezan na listice. cim cešnjak zamiriše, ubaciti kockice gorgonzole i podlijevati vrhnjem dok se rastopi. Ako je pregusto i lijepi se za tavu, dodati 2 do 3 žlice vode. Po potrebi dosoliti i vratiti meso natrag.<br><br><span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;">Vrijeme pripremanja</span>: 20 minuta<br><br>izvor:roda.hr<br><br>Ovo obožavam jesti.
