Više puta ovdje vidjeh da ukoliko želim da se definicija vidi, trebam izgubiti salo. e sad, trebam preporuku što u teretani raditi i koliko dugo za to, eventualne kombinacije..npr danas sam bila na orbitreku 40 min, prilicno jak tempo, sutra planiram 30 min bicikl, jaci tempo, i 30 orbitrek, jaci tempo. je li ovo pogrešno i što bi bilo bolje? inace radim kako sam navela, ili kombiniram ili sam na orbitreku minimalno 25 min]]>
