    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4473">mesek</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3007<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 17&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2010 at 14:33<br /><br />radim po ovom trodnevnom programu za definiciju, koji sam skinuo ovdje sa fitness.hr. i prije pauze sam odradio prva 4 od predviđenih 6 tjedana i bilo je sasvim oke, vidljivi rezultati, iako sam ovo trcanje malo modificirao i prilagodio svojim mogucnostima. <br /><br />inace radim (kad nisam u defniciji) 4-5 serija po vježbi s ponavljanjima od š2 do 3 i povecavam kilažu. tu i tamo ubacim tjedan dva superserija ili tako nešt, tek toliko da probudim organizam malo.<br /><br />a prehrana, da ne nabrajam sad, manje više znam kako se treba hraniti, a kruh jako rijetko jedem jer ga ni ne volim, osim neki raženi. tijesto isto tako, navecer uopce ne jedem nikakve složene UH, vec meso i povrce i bademe ili kikiriki.<br /><br />samo, moram priznati da su meni vikendi zaj***, il izlasci s društvom, ili odem ko žene, a ona mlati samo po junku (ima 29 god, 49 kila i plocice za popizdit), i ja se trudim to ne jest, al kad nema ništ drugo a ne mogu posni 4x na dan paaa... al onda obicno pocetkom tjedna opet treniram pojacano.]]>

Forsanjem neceš puno postici.</P><P>I cemu toliko puno ponavljanja i k tome još na glavnoj/glavnim vježbama? Slobodno možeš smanjiti.</P><P>Ja ne budem tjedana u gymu i to zbog nikakvih tegoba, bolesti ili sl. pa na povratku u gym osjetim pad u snazi ali slj tjedan vec sve bude ok.</P><P>&nbsp;</P>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4473">mesek</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3007<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 17&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2010 at 10:44<br /><br />da ne otvaram stalno nove teme, imam pitanje/situaciju.<br /><br />eto, nedavno sam imao taj neki vasculitis (ali ogranicen samo na kožu) i pauzirao sam skoro pa mjesec dana, i znam da se opustiš, padne snaga i to, al sad nakon 2 tjedna treniranja, uopce ne osjecam nikakav pomak, a moglo bi se reci da cak osjecam i pad snage, izdržljivosti, a onda nažalost i volje. krenuo sam ispocetka sa programom definicije (nakon tjedan dana kružnih treninga) al crkavam. smanjim kilaže na smiješno male, al me tih š2-š5 ponavljanja ubije. o trcanju da ne govorim. neki dan sam nakon 5 krugova odustao, jer su mi noge otpadale (istrcao ih za 8 min).<br /><br />jel to normalno ili, mislim, živcira me. nije da sam sad neki teretana frik koji živi samo za to (bez uvrede) i nikad nisam neke posebno velike kilaže dizao (npr. bench 75-80 Kg po 3-5 dizanja itd) al sad se uspušem na 55 od š2 ponavljanja  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0"> ]]>
