Hamstrings-dominant exercise&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;(dl)<br />A5. Shoulder isolation exercise<br /><br /><br />To su vjezbe koje radim, tak da mislim da sam brzo gotov, <br />ne vjerujem da mi treba vise od š0 minuta da 3x zavrsim <br />krug A i onda š0 za krug B<br />Krug C rijetko odradim jer me ovo iscrpi tolko da se se <br />primam za klupicu dok se dizem poslej trbusnjaka :)  ajos <br />imam trcat poslje sa nogama u komi nakon ovog]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4674">The Phoenix</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2996<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2010 at 21:37<br /><br />&nbsp;Imal bi&nbsp; ja još jedan obrok i nakon tog pwm tak da mi nebu to zadnji obok....a ne slažem se da nema koristi od tog kardia, je traje š0 minuta ili manje sav rad, ali je strasno visokog itenziteta da ga jedva i odradim uopce i koristi se baš za fat loss i izdrzljivost , nisam ja to izmislio i ne radim tek tak na pamet sam da nekaj odradim.<br>A na smanjenjom unosu carbsa sam i onako tak da niti jedan trening mi nesmije, ali nesmije otic u to podrucje da potrošim zalihe glikogena pošto te rezerve moram cuvat za heavy lifting.......<br><br><br>thnx boysi na savjetu, nebum onda uzimal pwm, to sam htio cuti jer i onak do podne pojedm sve carbse pa bi mi ovo remetilo plan<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by The Phoenix</span>]]>
