    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4653">metabaron</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2972<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 03&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2010 at 12:05<br /><br />Prvo bok svima!<br />Novi sam na forumu, procitao sam sve žive teme o vježbanju i prehrani i imam trebao bih savjet od nekog iskusnijeg!<br />Inace sam iz Zg ali poslovno sam odsutan svake godine po 6,7 mjeseci i za to vrijeme živim u hotelu. <br />Prije 2 mjeseca sam se vratio u teretanu i uspio skinuti 6,7 kg. bez problema. Visok sam š,83cm i sada imam 90-ak kg. <br />Problem mi predstavlja što sam smješten u hotel u kojem nema rucka, samo dorucak i vecera! Koliko sam uspio shvatiti pri pravilnoj prehrani vecera bi trebala biti lagana a rucak glavni obrok što mi je neizvodivo? <br />Za dorucak i veceru stvarno imam ogroman izbor svega pa me zanima da li bih rucak mogao zamijeniti nekim proteinskim napitkom ili necim što se ne mora kuhati, peci... <br />]]>
