    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=2034">Gym_girl</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2958<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 04&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2010 at 22:40<br /><br />Drago mi je da si sama rekla da ceš promijenit teretanu jer sam ti upravo to mislila rec kad sam procitala da su ti savjetovali da ne jedeš ništa nakon treninga  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> <br /><br />Bit cu kratka: vocni jogurt je šecer, fitness žitarice su marketinški trik - šecer, imaš premalo obroka i uništavaš se ovim nejedenjem poslije 6...i da ne kažem da ti toliko trbušnjaka definitivno nije potrebno :)<br /><br />Prehranu si malo progledaj u temi moj jelovnik, tamo ceš nac gomilu primjera kako biš si mogla posložit svoj...trebaju ti vlakna, proteini, što manje provociranja inzulina tokom dana, što cešci i manji obroci i obavezno dobri obroci oko treninga...i puno puno vode, discipline i strpljenja  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> <br /><br />..i moja preporuka ti je kardio ujutro natašte 45-šh...brzi hod...ili nakon zadnjeg obroka navecer...pa eventualno posni sir prije spavanja<br /><br />...al mislim da tebi prvo fali jedan dobar program treninga pa bi možda to prvo trebalo sredit :) prva stvar: nikako 40 min orbitreka prije sprava....<br /><br />kolko ti onda sve skupa traje trening?<br /><br /><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Gym_girl</span>]]>
