Brzo je kuhana i ok okusa. Doduše, ovisi <br />gdje je kupljena. Ona zelenkasta mi je dobrog okusa, smeđa <br />lošijeg.<br /><br />Ima ššg proteina (u š00g) namirnice, sto je ok. <br /><br />Ja umjesto riže konzumiram i nju i quinou i amaranth. Sve <br />jako zdrave žitarice, koje su gotove za 20-tak minuta. <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0">  <br />Za razliku od integralne riže koja se š00 godina kuha.]]>
