    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1072">ThornOfFaith</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2946<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 25&nbsp;Srpanj&nbsp;2010 at 01:05<br /><br /><P>&nbsp;x-nina natjecanja ce biti vec i ove godine, od 9.mjeseca, barem se tako pricalo.</P><P>U 8 dana dakako da ne možeš smršaviti, tj. preciznije receno izgubiti tolko sala, koliko ti hoceš i ucvrstit se, no ono što možeš je izgubiti višak vode i glikogena, tj. ono prvo što ode kod neke dijete - ali ne racunaj da ce otici previše kilograma.</P><P>Možeš primjerice, izbaciti u potpunosti sve izvore uh-a i unositi iskljucivo protein+masti obroke poput cijelih jaja, piletine i maslinovog, junetinu s povrcem, oslica s maslinovim itd itd. </P><P>Na tu prehranu dodaj visokointenzivne treninge s tegovima, kardia što više tokom dana u svim oblicima, ali baš jako jako puno, govorimo o nekoliko sati npr. hodanja ili 2 hiit kardia dnevno primjerice...</P><P>Možda ceš izgledati "suho", prazno, bit ceš neraspoložena, živcana, napeta, željna ugljikohidrata, ponajviše šecera, možda ceš i malo spavati i imati probleme oko sna itd. ali bi trebala opasti koju kg.</P><P>Sad, hoceš li to sve vratiti na moru? Vjerojatno da, jer ništa što je esktremno ne valja na duži period baš zbog tjelesne homeostaze.</P>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4677">x-nina</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2946<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 24&nbsp;Srpanj&nbsp;2010 at 21:18<br /><br />hej ljudi, evo mene opet. uglavnom htjela sam vas sad pitat posto mi je sad malo frka jer imam svadbu za tjedan dana ( ne svoju, nego od rodice ) <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smileyš.gif" border="0">, a za 8 dana idem na more, ...dali ja u ovih 8 dana ( pocevsi od sutrasnjeg ) mogu ucvrstit trbuh i ruke, po mogucnosti koju kilu i smrsavit, a da se na svadbi nemoram odrec bas francuske salate  :)<br />ako mogu, jel mi neko moze napisat ono kako bi mi trebo dan izgledat : dorucak, rucak, vecera..? i vjezbe : koje, kolko dugo, kada??<br />i citala sam sad maloprije o 7-dnevnoj dijeti u kojoj gubis 7 kila? sta mislite o tome??<br />i da, pitanje dana : OCELI IDUcE GODINE PONOVO BITI NATJECANJE " FIT U 90 DANA "? jer ako ce biti na mene definitivno mozete rtacunati <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0">  ]]>

I kad mi se da, degnem pokoji uteg za nalaktice :)<br>pa eto sta vi mislite o tome, sta bi trebala stavit, izbacit itd...? <br> <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smileyš.gif" border="0" border="0"></td></tr></table> <br><br>A gle cilj trbušnjaka s utegom je da ne ideš više od nekih š0-š2 ponavljanja po seriji, znaci zadnje ponavljanje treba bit malo teže za izvest, nije cilj napumpat 70 u komadu,3-4 takve serije su dovoljne<br>]]>
