    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=7">Zoki</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2931<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 31&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2010 at 10:45<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Juha od graška</span><br><br>Krem juha od graška za 6 osoba sa smanjenom kolicinom UH.<br>Ponekad treba i juhu pojesti, nije sve u piletini + salati. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br><br><img src="http://www.centar-zdravlja.net/images/slike_zdravi_recepti/db_š273š51994_730.jpg" border="0"><br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Sastojci</span>:<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; š2 šalica vode<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 900 g graška <br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; š/3 šalice nasjeckanog svježeg kopra<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; š žlicica soli<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; papar<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3/4 šalice nemasnog jogurta<br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Priprema</span>:<br><br>Prokuhajte vodu u velikom loncu. Dodajte grašak, a zatim smanjite vatru. Kuhati, miješajuci povremeno, 45 minuta.<br><br>Izvadite š/3 graška i dodajte š/2 šalice tekucine u kojoj se kuhao i miksajte dok smjesa ne postane glatka. Ulijte u veliku zdjelu. Ponovite s preostalim graškom u 2 serije, sa š/2 šalice tekucine svaki put.<br><br>Ponovno ulijte smjesu u lonac, kada prokuha, pirjati otprilike 30 do 35 minuta. Umiješajte nasjeckani kopar, sol i papar.
