    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=7">Zoki</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2910<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 27&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2010 at 16:10<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Kozice s medom i đumbirom </span><br><br><img src="http://www.centar-zdravlja.net/images/slike_zdravi_recepti/db_š273š53072_871.jpg" border="0"><br><br>Evo nešto preukusno.. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0"><br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Sastojci</span>:<br><br>50 g izdanaka bambusa<br>4 mlada luka<br>š žlica bistrog meda<br>š žlica kecapa od rajcice<br>š žlicica soja umaka<br>đumbirov korijen (2,5 cm svježeg korijena, oguljenoga i sitno naribanog)<br>š režanj cešnjaka, oguljen i smrvljen<br>sok od limete ili pola limuna<br>200 g kozica, otopljenih, ako su smrznute<br>2 glavice zelene salate<br>2 žlice svježe nasjeckanog korijandra<br>sol i svježe mljeveni crni papar<br><br>kriške limete<br>grancica svježeg korijandra<br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Priprema</span>:<br><br>š. Narežite mrkvu na štapice, grubo nasjeckajte izdanke bambusa a sitno mladi luk.<br><br>2. Izmiješajte izdanke bambusa, mladi luk i mrkvu.<br><br>3. U woku ili vecoj tavi za prženje lagano ugrijte med, kecap, soja umak, đumbir, cešnjak i sok od limete sa 3 žlice vode. Zakuhajte.<br><br>4. Dodajte mješavinu mrkve, bambusa i mladog luka i pržite miješaj uci 2-3 minute dok se povrce dobro ne ugrije.<br><br>5. Dodajte kozice i nastavite pržiti uz miješanje 2-3 minute.<br><br>6. Maknite wok ili tavu s vatre i odložite da se ohladi.<br><br>7. Podijelite srce salate na listove i dobro ih isperite.<br><br>8. Umiješajte nasjeckani korijandar u smjesu kozica i zacinite solju i paprom.
