    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1698">jole00</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2908<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 27&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2010 at 23:33<br /><br />pa baš i nisi citao pozorno kad si naveo da pojedeš hrane u cijelom tjednu koliko neko prosjecan u jednom danu...<br />FAQ za prehranu je odlican i procitaj si njega i za svaki obrok izaberi jednu opciju,dakle tokom dana da imaš 4-5 obroka..radi cardio treninge-intervalne i normalne,možeš i kombinirat sa osnovnim  vježbama snage doma:razliciti trbušnjaci,sklekovi,cucnjevi,leđnjaci,poskoci..pa napravit kružni trening od toga..<br /><br />A vezano za teretanu..naravno da je lakše kad kreneš s nekim..ali ja npr sad uvijek idem sam,jer tada napravim najucinkovitiji trening i mogu se posvetit maksimalno..<br />Možda da za pocetak radiš vježbe snage doma+cardio pa onda nakon nekog vremena tek u teretanu?]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4610">arminE</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2908<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 27&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2010 at 15:33<br /><br />&nbsp;                   <!-- Message  -->eh ovako imam š4.5 godina visok sam š.65 imam 7š kilu i imam sala na slomaku i ovamo na bokovima sada zelim smrsaviti citao sam faQ i nisam bas nista konkretno nasao citao sam dijete i treninge vijezbe&nbsp; prelistao sam cijeli forum pa sam sebi sastavio dijetu i treninge kako da smrsavim i skinem ovo salo a vi recite sta da izbacim i sta da ubacim i jel mi ovo dobro ikako??? <br>eh ovako:<br>pon: dorucak jedno jaje &nbsp; rucak: vocni jogurt&nbsp; veceru preskacemo<br>utorak: dorucak integralne zitarice s mlijekom rucak uglavnom neka kuhana hrana veceru preskacemo<br>srijeda i cetvrtak sve to ponovimo subota:dorucak:frape s mlijekom i š bananom&nbsp; rucak riba veceru preskacemo<br>nedjelja: dorucak integralne zitarice rucak kuhana hrana veceru preskacemo<br>&nbsp;eh sad ovako pored toga svaki dan mislim trenirati po najmanje šh pola sata trcanje pola sata voznje rolama ili radnja trbusnjaka&nbsp; sta vi mislite o ovome ??? i dali je ovo ispravno hranjenje&nbsp; poZZzz...a sto se tice teretane volio bih da idem ali nemam s kim ici jer mislim da mi je samom ofirno bezveze i zanima me kak0 ste vi prvi put stupili u teretanu ipak imam š4 godina : )<span ="smText"><br></span>]]>
