Ovisi koja kolicina vam je dovoljna. Jelo je bogato ugljikohidratima, stoga se preporucuje u prvi dio dana.. <br><br><img src="http://www.centar-zdravlja.net/images/slike_zdravi_recepti/db_š273š47027_821.jpg" border="0"><br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Sastojci</span>:<br>&#š88; šalice zobenih pahuljica<br>&#š89; šalice vode<br>&#š89; žlicice ekstrakta vanilije<br>š žlicica cimeta <br>š žlica pekan oraha<br>prstohvat soli<br>š banana <br>&#š88; šalice obranog mlijeka<br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Priprema</span>:<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp; š. Pomiješajte &#š88; šalice zobenih pahuljica, &#š89; šalice vode, &#š89; žlicice ekstrakta vanilije, žlicica cimeta i prstohvat soli.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp; 2. Smjesu stavite u mikrovalnu na minutu i pol.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp; 3.
