    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1282">dianna</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2880<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 24&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2010 at 10:50<br /><br />š50 g smeđeg šecera<br />85 g margarina<br />2 bjelanjka<br />2 š/2 šalice pšenicnog brašna<br />š šalica ricotte<br />š žlicica smeđeg šecera<br />malo cimeta<br />š/2 žlicice vanilije<br />25 listica svježe mente<br /><br />Priprema:<br /><br />Prethodno zagrijati pecnicu na š75°C.<br /><br />U zdjeli pomiješati šecer i margarin i miksati. Dodajte bjelanjke i miješati. Dodajte brašno i miješajte dok ne dobijete smjesu bez grudica.<br /><br />Podijelite tijesto na male kuglice i oblikujte kolacice. Posložite na lim za pecenje i pecite oko š5 do 20 minuta ili dok kolacici ne postanu zlatno smeđi.<br /><br />Umiješajte ricottu u zdjelu i dodajte šecer, cimet i vaniliju.<br /><br />Na svaki kolacic oblikujte zvijezdu s ricottom. Ukrasite svaki kolacic s listom mente.<br /><br />Energetska vrijednost:<br />š28 kcal / 533 kJ]]>
