    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=134">Ive_ri</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 288<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 26&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2007 at 14:24<br /><br />Ako mislis bas na pisanje individualnog treninga mislim da ti je najbolje uzet trenera koji ce ti to napisat i pokazat kako se pravilno izvode sve te vjezbe, jer krivo izvodjenje vjezbi moze biti opasno!<br><br>šta se tice onog tvog neplanskog vjezbanja tako sam i ja poceo sa š6 godina prvih par mjeseci tako bezveze, ali&nbsp; kasnije sam bio promijenio teretanu i uzeo trenera i vjeruj mi puno je bolji napredak kad vjezbas planski nego tako bezveze!<br><br>Mozes ti preuzet i neke planove treninga s interneta, ali mislim da ti je pametnije uposlit trenera u teretani i da ti pokaze sve vjezbe!<br><br><br>]]>

Kao prvo trebao bi znati da za povecanje snage i za povecanje misicne </P><P>mase je potreban testosteron koji se u tvojim godinama pocinje povecano luciti pa </P><P>bi ti se moglo dogoditi da te malo ponesu neke vece tezine i da malo pretjeras. Ali </P><P>imaj na umu da ti jos rastes odnosno da ti epifizne zone rasta na kostima jos nisu </P><P>zatvorene tako tako da izbjegavas velike tezine odnosno da ne radis serije s </P><P>utezima s kojima nemozes napraviti barem 6 ponavljanja. Sto se tice plana mozes </P><P>raditi 3 puta tjedno. š. dan prsa triceps 2. dan ledja biceps 3. dan ramena i </P><P>noge.Naravno da ces se u teretani naslusat svakakvih savjeta ali shvati da greske </P><P>napravljene u tvojim godinama pogotovo ako su na kraljeznici ili na zglobovima </P><P>kasnije neces moci ispraviti.Ako imas jos pitanja napisi.</P><P>&nbsp;</P>]]>
