Iako je vecina ribljih tacosa sa roštilja prilicno zdrava (barem u  usporedni s Big Macom), znao sam da mogu i bolje. &nbsp;I evo što  sam napravio:<br><br><img src="http://www.building-body.com/assets/images/jelovnici/5_zdravih_recepata_za_popizdit/slika-14.jpg" border="0"><br><br><span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;">Sastojci</span>:<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * Filet tilapije (ili bilo koje druge cvrste bijele ribe)<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * Tortilje od cjelovitog brašna<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * Nemasni ili polumasni ribani sir<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * š konzerva sjeckane rajcice<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * Nemasno kiselo vrhnje<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * š limeta<br><br><span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;">Priprema</span>:<br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Riba</span><br><br>š. Zagrijte pecnicu na š80 stupnjeva.<br>2. Tavicu pošpricajte sa malo organskog maslinovog ulja i zagrijte ju. Stavite ribu na tavicu i pržite po minutu sa svake strane. <br><br><img src="http://www.building-body.com/assets/images/jelovnici/5_zdravih_recepata_za_popizdit/slika-16.jpg" border="0"><br><br>3. Zatim stavite ribu u vatrostalnu posudu. Posipajte mješavinom ribanog sira i sjeckane rajcice i pecite š0 do š5 minuta.<br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Tortilje</span><br><br>Tortilje od cjelovitog brašna stavite u toster dok nisu laganu hrskave. Ili tavicu namažite maslinovim uljem i pecite oko minutu sa svake strane.<br>Možete ih i podgrijati u mikrovalnoj par sekundi, ali onda nisu hrskave.&nbsp; <br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Baja umak</span><br><br>Pomiješajte oko pola šalice nemasnog kiselog vrhnja sa oko dvije žlice svježeg soka limete. Dodajte malo soli i svježe mljevenog papra, miješajte i poslužite u zdjeli. <br><br>Stavite ribu u tortilju, na nju stavite Baja umak, malo chilli paprike ako ste hrabri, i možda malo crnog graha.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <br><br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Varijacija</span><br><br>Želite li verziju s malo ugljikohidrata ili jednostavno želite odbaciti žito u potpunosti? Onda ribu nagurajte u prženu i oguljenu papriku. Evo kako cete to napraviti.<br><br>š. Kupite paprike.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <br>2. Slijedi zabavan dio. Pregorite ih preko otvorenog plamena. Pregorite ih dok ne pocrne. <br><br><img src="http://www.building-body.com/assets/images/jelovnici/5_zdravih_recepata_za_popizdit/slika-18.jpg" border="0"><br><br>3. Postavite ih u papirnatu vrecicu.<br>Na ovaj nacin ce se upariti i odbaciti koru. <br><br><img src="http://www.building-body.com/assets/images/jelovnici/5_zdravih_recepata_za_popizdit/slika-19.jpg" border="0"><br><br>5. Razrežite jednu stranu (možda se otvorila tijekom pecenja), izvadite sjemenje i napunite ribom, sirom i rajcicom.<br><br>6. Stavite u pecnicu na š80 stupnjeva na š5 minuta dok se sir ne otopi.<br><br>5 zdravih recepata za popizdit<br><br><img src="http://www.building-body.com/assets/images/jelovnici/5_zdravih_recepata_za_popizdit/slika-20.jpg" border="0"><br><br>Paprike su izvrsne sa govedinom i puretinom.
