    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=7">Zoki</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2831<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 18&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2010 at 16:00<br /><br /><span ="textpost"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Fritata od povrca</span><br><br><span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;">Sastojci</span>:<br>3 mlade kapulice isjecane<br>2 male  tikvice izrezane na fete<br>š0 dag šampinjona izrezati na listice<br>š srednja crvena paprika, isjeckana<br>š6 dag kuhanog kukuruza u zrnu (iz konzerve)<br>4 jaja lagano istucena<br>pola šalice jogurta<br>š žlica isjeckanog bosiljka ( može i suhog)<br><br><span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;">Priprema</span>:<br>Pecnicu ugrijati na š80C. Namastiti okruglu plitku posudu (kao za pite, ok0 23 cm).<br>Dinstati kapulicu, dodati tikvice, gljive, papriku i kukuruz, te nastaviti dinstati da malo omekša. Ocijediti od masnoce i dodati smjesi od jaja i jogurta, dobro promiješati i izliti u posudu za pecenje. pece se oko 40 minuta. <br>Poslužiti izrezano na trokute, sa zelenom salatom.<br><br><img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/eat.gif" border="0"><br></span>]]>
