    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=7">Zoki</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2830<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 18&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2010 at 15:57<br /><br /><span><span style="font-weight: bold;">Plodovi mora na integralnoj tjestenini</span><br><br><span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;">Sastojci:</span><br>50 dag integralne tjestenine<br>5 do 8 dag luka<br>50 dag plodova mora<br>š dl maslinova ulja<br>š/2 dl bijelog vina<br>25 dag pelata od rajcice<br>pola vezice peršina<br>2 cešnja cešnjaka<br>š jušna žlica kapara<br>korica limuna ili narance<br>malo parmezana<br> <br><span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;">Priprema</span>:<br>Integralnu tjesteninu skuhajte al dente, prema uputi za pripremu. Usitnite luk i zažutite ga na maslinovu ulju, pa dodajte plodove mora. Nakon što ste ih pirjali 5 minuta, dodajte bijelo vino, a kad vino ispari, umiješajte nasjeckane pelate sa sokom. Kuhajte š0 do š5 minuta pa dodajte usitnjen peršin i cešnjak te polovicu jušne žlice nasjeckanih kapara. Kuhajte još minutu ili dvije, a prije serviranja po želji naribajte koricu limuna ili narance. Umak s plodovima mora prelijte preko tjestenine.
