    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=216">fitnessHr</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 283<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 22&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2007 at 22:34<br /><br />&nbsp;Posto imas tek š6 godina i posto ti epifizne zone rasta jos nisu zatvorene trebas raditi vjezbe koje ti prvenstveno ne opterecuju kraljeznicu ako imas u svojoj teretani nekoga tko je profesionalni trener odnosno tko je zavrsio fakultet za to onda ga zamoli da ti objasni a ako ne onda mi se opet javi pa cu ti pa cu ti dati broj da me nazoves ali nikako nemoj slusati neke samouke trenere jer greske koje sad napravis kasnije je tesko ili nemoguce ispraviti]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=216">fitnessHr</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 283<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 22&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2007 at 21:30<br /><br />&nbsp;Snaga je relativan pojam kao sto vjerovatno znas postoji apsolutna snaga, eksplozivna snaga repetitivna snaga itd. a velicinu malo hoce jer covijek od 90kg i covijek od 80kg ne izgledaju isto ali kad istopi visak masnog tkiva onda ce izgledat onako kako je napisao da zeli samo za to treba malo vremena i truda ali neka nikako ne prestaje uzimati ugljikohidrate jer su oni glavni izvor energije. To je prilicno komplicirana stvar pa ako hoce kad pocme s tim dat cu mu ja broj mobitela pa nek mi se javi.]]>

Sto se tice treninga pocmi raditi sa manjim tezinama veci broj ponavljanja i uvrsti obavezno kardio trening.]]>
