    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=7">Zoki</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2828<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 18&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2010 at 15:43<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Keksi od voca i pahuljica</span><br><br>300 gr raženih pahuljica (može i ovsene)<br>2 banane<br>š izrendisana jabuka<br>3 jaja<br>š solja secer (moze i med al manje)<br>š prašak za pecivo<br>š/2 kasicice soda bikarbone<br>3 solje vode u koju se razmutite multivitu po ukusu (ukus koji volite)<br>2 vanile<br>š limun (sok i kora)<br>brašno po potrebi<br><br>Umutiti mikserom jaja i secer cvrsto. Dodati bananu i jabuku i nastaviti sa mucenjem dok ne postane glatko. Zatim dodati sok i koru od limuna, vanilu, prasak za pecivo i sodu bikarbonu ( obavezno staviti oba jer od praska ostaju mekani a bikarbona soda im ne dopusta da se nadignu ). Pahuljice potopiti u vodu da odstoje dok ne upiju svu. Zatim ubaciti u tijesto i mjesati drvenom varjacom da se ujedini masa (nipošto ne mutititi mikserom). Ako se ucini da je tijesto mnogo meko, tj. ne može se oblikovati dodajte brašno dok se ne zamesi ili jos bolje klice. Vaditi oblike po zelji i peci na š50 C nikako više jer se tako oformi lepa korica, a unutra su mekani. <br><br>Ovi kolaci imaju oko 200 kalorija / š00 grama.<br><br>Mogu da stoje u zatvorenoj kutiji do 2 tjedna.&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Zoki</span>]]>
