NOT.  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0"> u jednoj šalici imaš 200 gr i uredno to zamjeni sa agavinim sirupom (ima ga u DMu, jeftiniji je od javorovog a fin je). š00 gr šecera ti ima 400 kcal, a š00 gr agavinog sirupa 240. <br />i puno previše ti je 3 šalice, preslatko, stavi 2 ili po ukusu, probaj dok muckaš.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> <br /><br />ja uopce ne koristim bijelo brašno tako da se i tu može zamjeniti s integralim, graham i slicnim... ja sam stavila graham i mljac je.  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> <br /><br />i sve ostale suhe sastojke (osim praška za pecivo) možeš mjenjat po ukusu. <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"><br /><br />eto.]]>

Dodati rastopljeni maslac i izmiješati. Umiješati grožđice i bademe. Na namašcenu tepsiju staviti krpice tijesta (oblikovano žlicom) i peci š2-š5 minuta na 200&#730;C.<br /><br />]]>
